The Oakland baseball camp will take place at CHS on Sunday, January 22. This year's camp will feature smaller groups to ensure one-on-one time with Coach Musachio and his assistants. Interested 7th - 12th graders should see Coach Telgenhof for a registration form.

Practice for the 2012 season will begin on Monday, March 12. Judging from the first preseason meeting and early workouts, this year there is no doubt there will be enough players for varsity and JV teams. Rayder Kids' Camp will be Saturdays, March 17, 24 and 31. Forms will be available at the middle school, elementary school and St. Mary's. The camp is for students grades 1 - 6.

Charlevoix will host the regionals for 2012. The Rayders hope to be there, not losing any starters from last season, and returning a solid senior nucleus of Coby Herriman, Andrew Potter, Morgan Stewart, Jordan Farmer, Isaac Klooster and Jesse Drost. Herriman and Potter were co-MVPs, all-conference and all-district last season.
